The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to a sexual abuse incident, committed against a minor, which occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, November 22, 2021, at approximately 1700 hours, on a BX15 MTA bus, traveling in the vicinity of 173rd Street and 3rd Avenue, an unknown male approached a 15-year-old female victim. The individual did proceed to touch the victim’s thigh repeatedly while exposing his penis. The individual then fled the bus.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
