The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at approximately 1030 hours, inside of a residential building, located in the vicinity of Intervale Avenue and E. 167th Street, the individual knocked on the 81-year-old female victim’s apartment door and said, “Meals on wheels.” When the victim opened her apartment door, the individual pushed his way into her home. The individual took the victim’s purse and $20 in cash, before he fled the apartment.
The victim was not injured during the incident.
The individual is described as a male, Black, in his 20s; last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a black mask, a black hooded sweater, a turquoise and pink jacket, dark-colored pants and gray sneakers.
