The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a Bronx robbery pattern, which occurred within the confines of the 40th, 43rd, 49th, 50th and 52nd Precincts in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Monday, May 03, 2021, at approximately 1725 hours, inside a residential building, located in the vicinity of Holland Avenue and Brady Avenue, within the confines of the 49 precinct, a 79-year-old male victim was entering his apartment building, when an unknown individual approached from behind and placed a knife against his throat. The individual demanded the victims money, then removed $3,000 cash from the victim’s pockets before fleeing to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported.

Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Wednesday, September 08, 2021, at approximately 2100 hours, inside a residential building, located in the vicinity of Webb Avenue and W. 197th Street, within the confines of the 50th lrecinct, a 76-year-old male victim was walking up the stairs of his apartment building, when an unknown individual approached from behind and pushed the victim against the wall, causing his head to strike the wall. The individual removed $40 cash from the victim’s pockets, before fleeing to parts unknown. Although the victim sustained a minor injury to his head, he refused medical attention.

Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at approximately 1940 hours, in front of a residential building, located in the vicinity of Barker Avenue and Thwaites Place, within the confines of the 49th Precinct, a 78-year-old male victim was in front of his apartment building, when an unknown individual approached from behind, pushed him to the ground and removed $20 cash from the victim’s pockets, before fleeing southbound on Barker Avenue, heading towards Thwaites Place. Although the victim sustained minor lacerations to both his arms, he refused medical attention.

Incident #4: It was reported to police that on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at approximately 0120 hours, in front of a residential building, located in the vicinity of Grand Avenue and W. 190th Street, within the confines of the 43rd Precinct, a 68-year-old male victim was walking, when an unknown individual approached from behind, struck the victim in the back of the head, causing him to fall to the ground. Once on the ground, the individual removed the victim’s wallet, containing his personal information, before fleeing northbound on Evergreen Avenue towards E. 172nd Street. Although the victim sustained bruising to his face, he refused medical attention.

Incident #5: It was reported to police that on Friday, September 17, 2021, at approximately 1505 hours, in front of a residential building, located in the vicinity of Grand Avenue and W. 190tb Street, within the confines of the 52nd precinct, a 72-year-old male victim was walking, when an unknown individual approached from behind, pushed him to the ground, displayed a knife, removed the victim’s wallet, containing his personal information, before fleeing to parts unknown. Although the victim sustained a minor injury to his hands and mouth, he refused medical attention.

Incident #6: It was reported to police that on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at approximately 2000 hours, at the corner of 3rd Avenue and E. 149th Street, within the confines of the 40th lrecinct, a 66-year-old male victim exited the BX19 bus, when an unknown individual approached from behind, pushed him to the ground, displayed a knife and removed the victim’s cell phone and wallet, containing his presonal information, before fleeing to parts unknown. Although the victim sustained minor injuries, he refused medical attention.

Incident #7: It was reported to police that on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at approximately 1710 hours, inside a residential building, located in the vicinity of Cruger Avenue and Pelham Parkway South, within the confines of the 49tb Precinct, a 90-year-old male victim was walking inside his building, when an unknown individual approached from behind, without the victim’s knowledge, went through the victim’s pockets and removed his cell phone and wallet, containing $150 cash, before fleeing to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported.

The individual is described as an adult male in his 20’s, Hispanic, with a medium complexion, and medium build.

He was last seen wearing a red “NY Yankees” baseball cap, a white polo shirt, black pants, a white surigcal mask and dark colored “New Balance” sneakers.
