Help Identify A Robbery Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of an unidentified individual who is seen in the attached video and photo being sought in connection to a robbery within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 0450 hours, inside of 1309 Boston Road (Laundromat), an unidentified individual entered the location, approached a 36-year-old store employee behind the register and threatened the employee by raising his fist. The individual then reached into the open register drawer and removed approximately $70 and fled the location on foot north bound on Clinton Street.

The individual is described as male Black, 20-30 years of age, 5’11” tall and 165 lbs., he was last seen wearing all dark clothing.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers’ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
