The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, January 30, 2021, inside of 416 E. 149th Street, (PLS Check Cashing) at approximately 0800 hours, an 84-year-old male victim was in line waiting to cash a check, when an unidentified male approached the victim, applied pressure to the victim’s wrist and forcibly removed approximately $180 dollars and a check from the victim’s hand.

The unidentified male then fled the location on foot.

No injuries were reported.
