The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photograph, who is wanted in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, November 21, 2020, approximately 0819 hours, an 85-year-old male victim was walking in front of 295 E. 170th Street, when an unidentified female individual approached the victim from behind, pushing him to the ground and climbing on top of the victim. The unidentified female individual then went into the victim’s pocket and removed approximately $7 before fleeing southbound on College Avenue to parts unknown.

The victim sustained bruising to the neck and back and was removed to NYC Health + Hospital / Bronx Care in critical but stable condition.

The individual is described as an adult female, Black, approximately 20 to 30 years of age, with a medium build, black short hair and last seen wearing a dark blue sweater, gray skull cap, black pants with white stripes on the sides and black sneakers.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
