The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 1219 hours, inside of 305 E. 166th Street (bodega), an unknown male individual attempted to leave the location with store merchandise. A 67-year old male store employee attempted to prevent them from leaving the store without paying. The individual then began to punch the victim about the face and body causing pain, bleeding and bruising. The individual then fled on foot towards College Avenue.

EMS responded and transported the victim to Lincoln hospital in stable condition.

The individuals fled with approximately $50 worth of store merchandise.

The individual is described as a male, 30-40 years in age.
