The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the following individual wanted for questioning in regard to a robbery which took place in the confines of the 40th Precinct / Transit District 11 in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that on Monday, August 03, 2020, at 1445 hours, at the southbound 5 train at 138 Street and Grand Concourse an unidentified male snatched the phone of a 32-year-old male as the train pulled into the station.

The victim chased the individual onto the mezzanine level of the station where he was punched and kicked in the face and body.

The victim was removed to Lincoln Hospital where he was treated and released.
