The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in Bronx.

The following was reported to the police.

On Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 1737 hours inside of 1630 Bruckner Boulevard, (Supermarket) an unidentified male attempted to leave the store with unpaid for food items when a 24-year-old male security guard confronted him. The male produced a knife and fought with the guard before fleeing in unknown direction without the food items.

The security guard did not suffer any lacerations, only pain and bruising but refused medical attention at the scene.
