The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached photo and wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police Thursday, August 29, 2019, at approximately 0355 hours, in front of 537 E. 138th Street, a 26-year-old male was entering his apartment building when he was confronted by two unidentified males. One of the males displayed a knife and demanded money and beer. The victim replied that he did not have either, at which time the males proceeded to assault him and removed his duffel bag containing personal items. The males fled the location in unknown direction.

The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention.

Pursuant to an investigation, a 16-year-old male juvenile was arrested and charged with robbery on Thursday, October 10th.
