The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the seven male individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted in connection to an assault and robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 1925 hours, in front of 1460 Macombs Road, a 37-year-old delivery worker was attempting to deliver an order, when he got into a verbal dispute with a customer, which escalated into a physical confrontation.

The delivery worker and the customer began to exchange punches when six additional male individuals did arrive and also began to attack the 37-year-old victim.

The victim suffered bleeding, pain and bruising about the body.

The seven male individuals then forcibly removed property from the victim and his delivery vehicle.

The seven individuals then fled inside of a nearby building to parts unknown.

EMS responded and transported the victim to Lincoln hospital in stable condition.

The total amount of property removed was approximately $1,000.

The seven individuals wanted for questioning are described as males, Hispanic and Black, 20-30 years in age.
