The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the two individuals depicted in the attached surveillance photographs for a robbery that occurred within the 44th Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to the police that on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at approximately 0420 hours, a 39-year-old male victim was walking while in front of 24 W. 179 Street, when two unidentified individuals approached the victim. The individuals then struck him multiple times in the face and then removed his wallet containing credit cards and approximately $15.
The individuals then fled on foot to parts unknown.
Individual 1 is described as a male, approximately 15 to 20 years of age, 5’10” to 6’0″, 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored rolled up winter hat, dark colored sweatshirt/jacket with light colored writing on the left side of the chest area, dark colored pants/sweats with light colored stripe on the left and right side and dark colored cross over bag.
Individual 2 is described as a male, approximately 15 to 20 years of age, 5’3″, 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark colored hat, dark colored pants/sweats with a light colored stripe mid pants on the right side of the leg, dark colored sweatshirt/jacket and dark colored sneakers.
