Help Identify A Robbery Duo

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the two unidentified males, who are seen in the attached surveillance video clip and are sought in connection with a robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at approximately 1355 hours, unidentified male #1 and unidentified male #2 entered A & K Jewelry, located at 999 Southern Boulevard. Once inside, unidentified male #1 went behind the counter and removed seven pieces of jewelry from a wall display while unidentified male #2 approached the victim, a 58-year-old store employee, produced a handgun and pistol-whipped the victim to his head.

The unidentified males fled on foot with the jewelry: neck chains and pendants with a total value of approximately $100,500.

The victim, who suffered a laceration to the back of his head, was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.

The unidentified individuals are described as adult males, 35-40 years old, 5’09” – 5’11” tall, with dark complexions and slim builds.

Unidentified male #1 was wearing  a dark-color skull cap and dark-color jacket.

Unidentified male #2 was wearing a two-tone jacket (dark on top, light on bottom).

A surveillance video clip of the suspects is attached and available at DCPI.
