The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who are wanted in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at approximately 1730 hours, aboard the BX27 MTA Bus at the Rosedale Avenue and Seward Avenue bus stop, an unknown individual hit a 62-year-old female victim in the shoulder with a bag while exiting the bus. The unknown individual and victim then engaged in a physical altercation. During the altercation, the victim was hit by a second unknown individual, while the first individual removed her purse.
The individuals then exited the bus and removed victim’s cell phone and wallet containing $80 USC, a metro card and state ID from the purse.
The individuals then fled south on Rosedale Avenue on foot.
The victim sustained minor injuries during the attack.
