The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the males, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

The following was reported to police.

On Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at approximately 1350 hours, on the corner of Brook Avenue and E. 147th Street, a 72-year-old female victim was walking from the store, when two unidentified males snatched her purse causing her to fall to the ground.

The males fled southbound on Brook Avenue with the victim’s $400, a cell phone and identifications.

The victim injured her hip, head and sustained multiple bruises on her body from the fall and was removed to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.

Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspects are attached and available at DCPI.
