The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to a reckless endangerment incident, which occurred within the confines of the 49th Precinct / Police Service Area 8 in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
On Tuesday, September 03, 2021, at approximately 2043 hours, the individual displayed a firearm in the rear of 1210 Burke Avenue (Eastchester Gardens) and discharged at least one round at a vehicle, traveling on Burke Avenue.
No victims were located.
The individual is described as an adult male in his 20’s, Black, with a thin build, wearing an orange hoodie, black pants and black sneakers.
