Help Identify A Reckless Endangerment Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified individual, who is seen in the attached surveillance video clip and is sought in connection with reckless endangerment incident, which occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, November 24, 2020,at 0035 hours, at the intersection E. 172nd Street and St. Lawrence Avenue, an unidentified individual, who was riding a motorcycle / dirt bike eastbound on E. 172nd Street discharged multiple rounds from a handgun at the intersection of St. Lawrence Avenue.

A black 2006 Acura TL 4-door sedan, which was being operated on St. Lawrence Avenue by a 28-year-old male, sustained damage to its front and rear windshields.

The 28-year-old male was not injured.

The unidentified individual fled on the motorcycle / dirt bike on E. 172nd Street and then went northbound on Beach Avenue.  

A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
