The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the male in the attached photographs and video, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a public lewdness within the confines of the 40th Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at approximately 0015 hours, a 21-year-old female victim was on the northbound 2 train, approaching the Jackson Avenue Station, when an unidentified male approached her. The male proceeded to expose himself and grabbed the victim’s buttocks before fleeing at the Freeman Station.
The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
