The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a menacing incident, that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.

The following was reported to police.

On Friday, August 21, 2020, at approximately 1335 hours, an unknown male individual entered a commercial establishment located at 1097 Boston Road, engaged in a verbal dispute with a 30-year-old male victim and left the premises.

Moments later the individual returned to the location brandishing a firearm making verbal threats and pointing it at the male victim as well as a 36 year-old female victim.

The individual fled on foot, southbound on Boston Road.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as a dark-skinned male, approximately 45-55 years old, 5’11 – 6’00” tall, 200 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a multi-colored tank top, black shorts and black sandals.
