The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual, wanted for questioning in connection to a grand larceny, that occurred within confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

On Friday, August 14, 2020, at approximately 1150 hours, in the vicinity of Evergreen Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard, a 32-year-old male victim returned to his vehicle, discovered the car window broken and called police.

Subsequent investigation determined that on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at approximately 1900 hours, an unknown male individual was observed breaking the passenger car window with an unknown object and removed various construction tools.

The individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

The victim’s property had an estimated total value of $1,700.

The individual being sought for questioning is described as a male, dark complexion, 25-35 years of age.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.

The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
