The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted regarding a forcible touching pattern, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

Incident #1: Thursday, May 27, 2021, at approximately 1340 hours, inside a residential building, located in the vicinity of E. 147th Street and Southern Boulevard, a 17-year-old female victim was walking inside her building, when an unknown individual approached her from behind and touched her buttocks. The victim confronted the individual, at which time the individual fled the location in an unknown direction.

Incident #2: Thursday, May 27, 2021, at approximately 1430 hours, inside a residential building, located in the vicinity of Fox Street and Leggett Avenue, a female victim entered an elevator, followed by an unknown individual. Once inside, the individual exposed his penis and grabbed the victims buttocks. The victim exited the elevator, before the individual fled the location in an unknown direction.

The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately 18 to 25 years of age, with mustache, a slim build, brown eyes and short black hair.

He last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, dark colored shorts with white piping, a white t-shirt and white sneakers.
