The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached police sketch composition, in connection to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, October 07, 2020, at 2115 hours, inside a park, located at the northeast corner of Westchester Avenue and Whitlock Avenue, a 9-year-old female victim accompanied by her mother was riding a bike when an unknown individual approached and grab her vaginal and buttocks area before fleeing in the direction of Westchester Avenue and Whitlock Avenue.

EMS responded the scene and transported the victim to Saint Barnabus Hospital were she has been treated and released.

The individual is described as a male, medium complexion, scar under his left eye, approximately 5’6″ in height; weighing 160 lbs., with a mustache.

He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt pulled over the top part of his head and a white t-shirt.
