The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching pattern, with in-transit citywide occurrences.
The following has been reported to police.
Incident #1 (88 Precinct): It was reported to police that on Friday, September 04, 2020, at approximately 1257 hours, a 33-year-old female victim was at the Atlantic Avenue subway station platform waiting for the southbound Q train, when an unidentified male individual approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks as she bent down to attend her child who was sitting inside a stroller. The individual then fled on foot to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
Incident #2 (7th Precinct): It was reported to police that on Friday, September 04, 2020, at approximately 1530 hours, a 36-year-old female victim was at the Delancey Street and Essex Street J line subway station in the mezzanine level, when an unidentified male individual approached her behind and grabbed her buttocks. The individual then fled on foot to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The male individual is described as a dark-skinned adult male, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 200 lbs.; and last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts, black socks, black and orange sneakers, black hat, blue face mask and carrying a small Louis Vuitton man purse over his chest.
Additional incidents have been added to this Forcible Touching Pattern that occurred, in transit, within the confines of the Midtown South Precinct / TD #1 and 84th Precinct / TD #30.
Incident #3 (84 Precinct): It was reported to police that on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at approximately 0845 hours, a 41-year-old female victim was at the Lawrence Street-Metrotech subway station platform of the northbound R train line, when an unidentified male individual approached her from behind and slapped her buttocks. The individual then fled on foot. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
Incident #4 (84 Precinct): It was reported to police that on Sunday, October 04, 2020, at approximately 1100 hours, a 27-year-old female victim was at the
Dekalb Avenue subway station platform waiting for the northbound N train line, when an unidentified male individual approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. The individual then fled on foot. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
Incident #5 (MTS): It was reported to police that on Monday, October 05, 2020, at approximately 1315 hours, a 33-year-old female victim was at the
42nd Street-Times Square subway station platform waiting for the southbound R train line, when an unidentified male individual approached her from behind and glided his hands against her right buttock. The individual then fled on foot. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The male individual is described as a dark-skinned adult male, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 200 lbs.; bald and last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, red pajama pants, white and black sneakers, carrying a small Louis Vuitton man purse inside his sweatshirt and a blue surgical face mask.
