The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct in Bronx.

The following was reported to the police.

On Saturday, February 1, 2020, at approximately 1350 hours, in the vicinity of W. 179th Street and Cedar Avenue, a 40-year-old female victim was riding aboard a Bx40 MTA Bus, when an unidentified male boarded the bus at the location.

The male walked pass the victim and touched her breasts as he walked by her. The victim proceeded to advance and address the male’s actions at which time he exited the bus and fled in unknown direction.

The victim was not reported injured.
