The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in regard to two forcible touching incidents and an attempted rape that occurred within the confines of the 45 and 47 Precincts in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 1920 hours, in front of 1806 Bartow Avenue within the confines of the 45 precinct, a 52-year-old female victim was walking when an unknown individual approached from behind grabbed her buttocks then moved in front of her and grabbed her genitals before fleeing to parts unknown.
Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 2010 hours, on Baychester Avenue between Donizetti Place and Darrow Place within the confines of the 47 precinct, a 44-year-old female victim was sitting in her car parked car when an unknown individual opened the passenger side car door entered the vehicle and began touching her breasts and groin area. A struggle ensued, the victim began yelling and the individual fled to parts unknown.
Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 2017 hours, on Baychester Avenue between Donizetti Place and Darrow Place within the confines of the 47 precinct, a 48-year-old female victim was retrieving packages from her parked car when an unknown individual approached her from behind and grabbed her groin area. The victim began yelling and the individual fled to parts unknown.
There are no injuries reported in the above incidents.
The individual is described as a male, dark complexion, medium build, short dark hair with a full beard.
He last seen wearing a green hooded jacket, black jeans and black boots.
