The New York Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached sketch wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching pattern that occurred within the confines of the 45 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
Incident #1: It was reported to police that on March 24, 2019 at approximately 1300 hours, in the vicinity of Hatting Place and Pennyfield Avenue, a 16-year-old female victim was approached by an unidentified male who attempted to grab her buttocks and fled in an unknown direction.
Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Monday, May 20, 2019 at approximately 2220 hours, in the vicinity of Logan Avenue and Barkley Avenue, a 15-year-old female victim was approached by an unidentified male who grabbed her buttocks and breasts and fled in an unknown direction.
Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at approximately 2215 hours, in the vicinity of Philip Avenue and Cross Bronx Expressway, a 16 year old female was approached by an unidentified male who punched victim in face, grabbed her breasts and buttocks and fled in an unknown direction.
Incident #4: It was reported to police that on July 3, 2019 at approximately 0030 hours in the vicinity of Edison Avenue and Barkley Avenue, a 22 year old female victim was approached by an unidentified male who did place both his hands around her neck and did attempt to pull her into his vehicle before fleeing in an unknown direction.
The person wanted for questioning is described as a male, Hispanic, 25-35 years of age; 5’10” – 6’0″ tall weighing 160 lbs.
