The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance photo wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx / Transit District 12.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, July 06, 2019 at 1150 hours, a 10-year-old female was aboard the southbound “2” train when an unidentified male repeatedly grabbed her buttocks. The victim exited the train at 135th Street and the male remained on the train.
The person wanted for questioning is described as a male, Black, 20-30 years old, dark complexion. He was last seen wearing t-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
