The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the following individual, wanted in connection with a residential burglary, which took place within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, July 08, 2020, at approximately 1900 hours, an unidentified male individual did enter a residential building, located at 1561 Walton Avenue.

Once inside, the individual cut the laundry card machine with a power tool from inside the laundry room and removed approximately $600 worth of coins.

The individual is described as a dark-skinned adult male, medium build, black hair and last seen wearing a white t-shirt, light-colored shorts with black stripes on the sides, white socks, black sneakers, blue face mask and seen with a red laundry cart with detergents inside.

Surveillance photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
