The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, who is seen in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip and is sought in connection with a burglary, which took place within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, August 14, 2020, at 1730 hours, at a private residence in the vicinity of Powell Avenue and Virginia Avenue, an unidentified male gained entry via an unlocked basement window.

Once inside, he removed $1,200 from a desk and $20 from a purse.

The unidentified male then fled the residence and was picked up by a white BMW with a New Jersey license plate.

Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
