The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in connection to a Bronx Robbery pattern that occurred within the confines of the 44 and 52 Precincts in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
In each of the below listed incidents, an unidentified individual follows the victims into their building and forcibly removes their necklaces before fleeing the location. Each victim sustained only minor injuries and refused further medical attention.
Incident #1: Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 1320 hours, inside a residential building within the confines of the 44 precinct, in the vicinity of E. 165 Street and Grand Concourse. Victim was a 30-year-old female.
Incident #2: Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 1335 hours inside a residential building within the confines of the 44 precinct, in the vicinity of Sheridan Avenue and McClellan Street. Victim was a 29-year-old female.
Incident #3: Monday, September 02, 2019 at 1645 hours inside a residential building within the confines of the 44 precinct, in the vicinity of Elliot Place and Walton Avenue. Victim was a 41-year-old female.
Incident #4: Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 1230 hours inside a residential building within the confines of the 52 precinct, in the vicinity of Grand Concourse and E. 196 Street. The individual was last seen on a bicycle fleeing south bound on the Grand Concourse. Victim was a 59-year-old female.
The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately 20-years-old, dark complexion, 150 lbs., approximately 5’10” tall with short black Afro-styled hair. He was last seen wearing a black and grey hooded sweat jacket, grey sweatpants and sneakers.
