The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male in the attached photo who is wanted for questioning in connection to a bank robbery that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

On Monday, February 10, 2020, at approximately 1345 hours, the unidentified male entered 101 E. 170 Street (Apple Bank).

While inside, the male passed a note to the teller demanding currency. The teller complied and he fled the bank with approximately $109 dollars.

The suspect fled the location in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stopperswebsite or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES), followed by entering TIP577.
