A career criminal is wanted for shooting a Bronx man in the face and killing him during a botched robbery, cop sources and family said Saturday.
Theodore (Taz) Simpson, 21, allegedly fired the shot that killed 24-year-old Clayton Graham as the thug rummaged through his pockets inside a Soundview building on March 18, the sources said.
The 5-foot-9, 160-pound Simpson confronted Graham at gunpoint on the 14th-floor of the Story Ave. building in the James Monroe Houses about 8:50 p.m., cops and friends said.
Simpson has a slew of prior arrests that include burglary, assault, and drug possession, sources said.
Graham’s funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
