On Friday, August 28, 2020, at approximately 1756 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at Longfellow Avenue and E. 173 Street, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 27-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with a gun shot wound to the head at the location.
EMS responded and transported the aided male to St. Barnabas Hospital,where he was later pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The following 24-year-old male individual has been arrested in regard to the above-mentioned homicide.
1847 Billingsley Terrace
Bronx, NY 10453
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
