The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person reported missing from within the confines of the 18th Precinct in Manhattan.

The details are as follows.

Missing:

Franklyn Burnes
516 W. 50 Street
Manhattan, NY 10032

It was reported to police that the missing was last seen at his residence located at 516 W. 50 Street on Thursday, February 06, 2020, at 1500 hours.

The missing is described as a 67-year-old male, Black, 6’0″ tall, 290 lbs.

He was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
