The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person who resides in the confines of the 46th Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows.

Frank Grimsley
1892 Morris Avenue, Apt. MM
Bronx, NY 10453
It was reported to police that Frank Grimsley was last seen at his residence on Monday, September 02, 2019 at 2130 hours. He is described as male, Black, 5’7″ and 180 lbs. with salt/pepper hair, close cut beard and brown eyes; last seen wearing blue baseball cap, blue plaid button down shirt, blue slacks and gold sneakers.
