Cops are looking for a predator in purple sneakers who allegedly groped a defenseless 81-year-old Bronx woman.
The female suspect knocked on the victim’s door Friday and announced that she was from the hospital, police said.
The elderly woman, believing the imposter was there to see her husband, let her inside, cops said.
The victim told investigators the attacker then fondled her breasts and groin before fleeing.
The suspect, believed to be Hispanic and in her 30s, is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. She was last seen on surveillance footage wearing a short dark coat in addition to purple sneakers.
