On Sunday, June 06, 2021, at approximately 0214 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 2489 Tiebout Avenue, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 40-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the torso.
EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individuals, a 23-year-old male and a 20-year-old female, have been arrested on June 09, 2021 and June 14, 2021, respectively.
New Rochelle, NY 10801
- criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
Yonkers, NY 10701
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
