A father and son were found dead in a Bronx apartment on Saturday.
Police responded to a 911 call and found two men unconscious and unresponsive inside of their apartment. Joseph Valerio Sr, 85, had been caring for his son Joseph, 46. The younger Valerio suffered from diminished mental capacity.
Autopsies are pending but authorities believe that Valerio Sr. had a seizure and died, his son died soon afterward.
There were no signs of forced entry, foul play is not suspected.
