Beginning on Sunday, February 18, 2024, and airing every subsequent Sunday at 8:00 p.m., a groundbreaking urban web series, “Political Views,” is set to debut on EpicRev TV’s YouTube platform. Hosted by Gonzalo Duran and directed by Tyreek Goodman, the series promises a fresh perspective by engaging community members to discuss issues affecting their neighborhoods.

Goodman, the show’s director, emphasized the importance of fostering dialogue within communities, stating, “Many of the challenges facing our communities stem from a lack of communication and collaboration. For the past year, I’ve been dedicated to bridging this gap by facilitating access to resources and networking opportunities. Now, I am excited to amplify the voices of our community members through ‘Political Views.’ This is where I belong, and these are the voices that need to be heard.”
The inaugural episode of “Political Views” was filmed at the bustling intersection of 3rd Avene and 149th Street, commonly known as the Hub in the Bronx. Duran engaged with two street vendors to uncover their perspectives on local issues and their visions for change.
Reflecting on the experience, Duran shared, “I was genuinely taken aback by the insights shared by our guests. They not only provided thought-provoking answers to my questions but also challenged me to reconsider my own perspectives. The debut episode was just the beginning, and we are excited to present six additional mini-episodes in this series.”
