The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photographs, who resides within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
The details are as follows.

Eloy Armstrong

It was reported to police that Eloy Armstrong was last seen leaving his residence on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at approximately 1130 hours.
The missinf is described as a 81-year-old male, Hispanic, 5’8″ tall and weighing 140 lbs., with brown eyes and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, grey pants and an orange baseball cap.
