A 58-year-old man was killed after a drunken driver slammed into him on a Bronx highway early Saturday, officials said.

The victim was walking in the middle of a Bruckner Expressway service ramp that links motorists to the Hutchinson River Parkway when Carlos Soriano-Ynfante, 24, rammed him with his 2011 Infiniti G37 about 4:00 a.m., officials said.

The car spun out of control during the crash, vaulted the curb and fell down an embankment, landing against a tree.

The victim, who lived in Bronx, suffered massive chest injuries and died on the side of the road, officials said. His name was not immediately disclosed.

Soriano-Ynfante was arrested on charges of manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving. His arraignment was pending in Bronx Criminal Court Saturday.
