On Thursday, November 11, 2021, at approximately 2017 hours, police received a 911 call of a weapon assault, which occurred at 364 Madison Street (Vladeck Houses), within the confines of the 7th Precinct / PSA #4 in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 27-year-old female with a gunshot wound to the neck.
EMS responded and transported the female to New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the below individual has been arrested and charged.
