TMJ Construction Corporation acquired the 30-unit multifamily building at 1466 Beach Avenue in Bronx from Ronald B. Hunte for $2.3 million, or about $77,000 per unit.

The five-story, 24,000-square-foot apartment building was built in 1930 in the Bronx submarket.

Sharone Sohayegh of the Sohayegh Realty Group represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale.
