Police are searching for two men in connection with a robbery and assault in the Bronx last week.

The two suspects approached a 30-year-old man in the Mott Haven section at about 4:20 a.m. Monday, Jan. 7 and repeatedly punched and kicked the victim, police said. The two men then removed the victim’s cell phone and money and fled.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.

The suspects are described as being in their early to mid-20s, one with a stocky build and beard and last seen wearing a black waist-length jacket and black knit cap. The other was wearing dark clothing.
