The New York City Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) is providing the attached Fact Sheet pursuant to the New York City Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).
OER has accepted the Remedial Action Report submitted by 1245 ELGH, LLC for the property at 1245 Edward L. Grant Highway, Bronx, NY 10452. The Site consisted of 10,350 square-foot vacant two (2) commercial buildings, previously occupied by Dollar Tree Store.
Site Specific cleanup has been achieved and the property has been improved with a 12-story residential 85,335 square-foot building, containing 110 apartments including 27 Inclusionary housing units, 6 mobility impaired units and 3 hearing / visual impaired units.
