Concourse Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a unique, intimate facility where patients are known by name. Smiles and friendly greetings are exchanged all the time.

Communication with family and friends, and between staff members, is constant with two goals in mind: help our residents achieve the highest quality of life, help our patients recover quickly and return home.

The underlying motivation of our thoroughly trained and fully licensed therapists is simple and straightforward. They want to get you back to full functionality and, if appropriate, on your way home as quickly as possible. To help them, we have built a state-of-the-art rehab department that surpasses virtually every rehabilitation center in the area. Every patient’s progress is reviewed daily to determine suitability for discharge.

If you live anywhere between the Bronx and midtown Manhattan, you are just minutes away from the compassionate care and superb medical, nursing and rehabilitative services of Concourse Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.
