The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 5th Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Chang Yu Chen
135 Eldridge Street, Apt. 2C
Manhattan, NY 10002
It has been reported to police that Chang Yu Che was last seen on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at approximately 0400 hours, at his residence.
The missing is described as a 73-year-old male, Asian, approximately 5’07” tall, weighing 180 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, black shoes.
