On Friday, August 30, 2019, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. visited senior citizens at the R.A.I.N. Eastchester Neighborhood Senior Center.
The senior center was holding a celebration of Labor Day and the unofficial end of summer.
“We have seen a lot of recent changes in the Bronx but we must always honor those who have invested in this borough from the very beginning,” said Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.
