The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following missing male who resides within the confines of the 48 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.

Carmine Russo
660 E. 183 Street, Apt. 1L
Bronx, NY 10458
It was reported to the police that Carmine Russo was last seen Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 0930 hours, leaving his residence.
He is described as a male, White, being approximately 5’11” tall, weighing 160 lbs., with a thin build, blue eyes and long brown hair in a ponytail.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, tan pants and black shoes.
