SoBRO offers Career Readiness Training (Interviewing skills/Resume writing etc.), Job Placement Assistance, and Job Retention supports for enrollees in all SoBRO Workforce Development Programs.

This is the process:

SoBRO customers/clients/participants come from a variety of places. They may be referred by a friend, a New York City or State Agency or they may be responding to a newspaper or radio advertisement. Most just walk in because they heard about SoBRO’s Employment Services and Adult Workforce Development Programs. Regardless of how they arrived to SoBRO, a SoBRO Intake Specialist assesses an individual’s need, measuring both work readiness and career goals.

Please see attached flyer of the upcoming Customer Service/Retail Representative training starting January 4th, 2010. We have only a few openings left for this wonderful national credential training. Also, attached you will find a flyer for our upcoming computer classes for Microsoft Office, an announcement that we are now giving the general public access to our computer lab from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, and a flyer for our Employment Services. Please feel free to share the flyers with those individuals who can benefit from these free programs.

Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me at the number below.
